Are you a non-profit?
Yes, we are a registered as a 501c7 social organization.
Can I have a receipt for my donations for tax write off?
We are not a charitable non-profit; therefore you are unable to claim donations to our organization.
Are you a Jeep club?
No, we welcome all makes and models. Currently the consumer data trend is that Jeeps are the most commonly used off-highway vehicle; therefore most of our members do have a Jeep.
Does your club allow ATV and UTV members?
ATV and UTV users are welcomed to join. Please see each event for more details.
Do I need to have a vehicle to join?
No, you do not need a vehicle to join. We welcome women that are interested in Off-Highway recreating and passengers!
Do I have to have off-highway experience?
No, experience not necessary! We welcome all levels of experience. LROC also offers non off-highway events as well.
Do I have to take my vehicle off-highway?
No, we actually recommend that if you have not been off-highway with your vehicle, that you just ride along for the first time before taking your vehicle out. LROC also offers non off-highway events as well.
How much is your membership fee?
Our membership fee is $50; $30 will go to your annual Minnesota 4 Wheel Drive Association (MN4WDA) membership and $20 will go to LROC.
What if I have already paid my MN4WDA membership for the year?
If you have already paid your MN4WDA fee for the year, then your membership to LROC is only $20.
What is the term of my LROC membership?
One calendar year. If you pay after Nov 1 of the year, your dues are applied to the next calendar year. We DO NOT prorate your membership dues.
What types of payment do you take for membership?
Do I get a LROC membership card?
No, we do not offer any type of membership card.
Do I need to live in Minnesota to be a member?
No, you can live anywhere and invest and support us!
Do I need to be a paid member to attend events?
You do not need to be a paid member to attend our public events. Our public events visible on our website and social media are open to the public. Please see each event details about age minimums, and other restrictions.
Are there special events for paid members?
Yes, we offer VIP events for our paid members that are NOT made visible to the public. If you are a paid member, you will receive a private invitation. Please see each event details about age minimums, and other restrictions.
Are there special events for Leadership?
Yes, we offer VIP events for Leadership that are NOT made visible to the public. If you are a part of the Leadership Team, you will receive a private invitation. Please see each event details about age minimums, and other restrictions.
