REGISTRATON for our 2020 event IS CLOSED!

Women's Weekend of Wheelin' is September 18-20, 2020 at Apple Valley Farms Off-Road Park in Chetek, Wisconsin. We are offering guided trail rides, mentors, a My Momma's food truck voucher and a prizes following social distancing guidelines. While the event is family friendly, only women are able to get behind the wheel. All levels of experience and Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) off-road capable vehicles including Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) are welcome. Unfortunately, ATV vehicles are not able to participate at this event. Due to limited space, registration will be closed when we meet capacity.

We do have many social distancing guidelines in place to keep you safe and well. Here are the many changes you can expect at this year's event:

  • We will have a limit on attendees.
  • Pre-registration only. You cannot pay at the gate.
  • We will ask that you come with your paperwork printed and signed.
  • You will be asked to stay in your vehicle at check-in while tech inspection is preformed.
  • We will hand you a bracelet that you will need to put on yourself.
  • You can choose your campsite, but we will be requesting that you spread out across the property.
  • The groups on the trails will be limited to no more than five -seven rigs each.
  • Food Truck will be on site from 11:00am - 8:00pm and you will need to go back to your camp OR sit in the grass/lawnchair at a safe distance from others.
  • No raffle, however we will have a couple of prizes that we will give away via a drawing. Only Drivers are entered into the drawing. Winners will be announced on the board at the LROC Mobile Club House Saturday night.
  • At 6:00pm we will have an RTI Ramp contest!
  • We will be offering a community campfire, but ask that you stay at a safe distance from each other.

More information will be provided closer to the time of the event for each registered Driver via email. You will receive your email no later than September 14th.
