Women's Weekend of Wheelin' is June June 10 - 12, 2022 at Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation Area in Gilbert, MN and West Forty RV Park. We offering guided trail rides, and a dinner, raffle and bonfire on Saturday night. While the event is family friendly, only women are able to get behind the wheel. All levels of experience. No UTV, ATV or dirt bikes. Unfortunately, due to limited space, registration will be closed when we meet capacity of 40 vehicles.
- This is a public off-highway park and is not reserved for LROC only.
- IMPORTANT: You will need to ensure you have registered your vehicle as an OHV before attending the event. This is an additional cost outside of event fees. Please see the DNR website for costs and where to purchase.
More information will be provided closer to the time of the event for each registered Driver via email.
Cost
Pre-registration - $50 per driver/rig and an additional $20 per person (16+). Fees cover: one meal per person (Saturday night), guided trail rides, raffle entry and all activities at the campground (even if you aren't camping, you are welcome!)
- Camping is an additional $60 for the night or weekend.
- Event shirt is an additional $10.00 (size 2XL: $12.00 and 3XL: $14.00)
- Costs do not include the OHV registration.

Merchandise
You are able to pre-order an event specific tank top (price increase after 5/22 due to order date). Tanks are now $20.00 each ($2.00 more for 2XL; $4.00 more for 3XL) in your size when you register. Don't miss out; very limited sizes will be available the day of the event. Only one style of event specific shirts will be available. Image coming soon!
We will have other non-event specific LROC merchandise at the event. Exact cash and check accepted at the event.


Amenities
Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation Area
The off-highway park offers: porta potties, a washing station, trash cans, and a pavilion.
West Forty RV Park
The campground offers: showers, porta potties, pavilion, air compressor (at LROC Mobile Club House), and trash disposal. They offer hook-ups for water and sewer for RV and campers. Tent camping is welcomed too! LROC will be assigning camping sites per information provided on registration form.
They also sell firewood, ice, camping supplies and have propane tank exchange available on site!
The LROC Mobile Club House will be located at the campground too!
At both the campground and off-highway area, you will also be close to local gas stations and restaurants.

Lodging
Camping is at West Forty RV Park and is $60.00 for a night or weekend. You register and pay for camping through LROC when registering for the event. LROC will be assigning camping sites based upon information provided in registration. More information on the campground can be found on on their website.
If you would prefer to Airbnb or hotel it, you are more than welcome to! Participants are responsible for arranging those reservations.

Tech Inspection
Upon arrival, your vehicle will be inspected by our volunteers. If your vehicle does not meet the guidelines, please reach out to us and we will help you find a solution so that you can participate. If you are unsure of what the requirements mean or if you meet them, let us know ahead of time so that we can help you out.
